Production Process
Our factory own advance production line, machine including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All the purpose is to produce good quality steel poles.
The fabrication process as cut plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drill holes, quality check before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating, finally quality check according by client’s required.

We can supply the product base on client required drawing ,but also can supply the design for any kinds of lamp poles ,electric poles ,street lighting poles, high mast poles ,garden light poles , outdoor lighting ,outdoor lighting poles ,flag poles ,traffic light poles ,lighting ,road lighting pole.
2. Matercial :hot rolled coil from Q235 to Q460 ,ASTM573 GR65, GR50 ,SS400, SS490,ST52-3
3. Deal: Hot dip galvanized Following ASTM A 123 or any other stardand by client required.
4. Packing: Plastic bulble , Mat &Straw Bale or following client required
5. Length : within 16meters once forming( single section)
6. Thickness: from 1mm to 25mm
7. Shape: polygonal(6-side,8side,12-side,16side) round tapered.
8. 110KV to 220kv
9. Easy install and maintenance.
